Neath Port and Talbot Youth Justice and Early Intervention Service have shared their HM Inspectorate of Probation inspection framework briefing document provided to Board members.
The briefing document is part of management board members induction packs as well as being shared in preparation for an inspection when it is announced.
This is shared with all board members and aims to improve management board members understanding of HM Inspectorate of Probation inspection framework to better prepare them for inspection and also inform their day-to-day oversight of the service.
