Hammersmith and Fulham youth justice service have shared their communication profile template which they created for children, to enable professionals to understand children- communication strengths, areas of difficulties and strategies that can be used to support them.
Hammersmith and Fulham youth justice service have also shared a short case study showcasing a successful experience of supporting a child with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) during their trial at the Old Bailey.
