Lancashire Child First Pathfinder have shared their Lancashire Constabulary Police Officer guidance for out of court disposals for children, which aims to support Police colleagues with a clear flowchart process for when they make referrals into youth justice services and diversionary services.
The flowchart was co-created by Lancashire Constabulary, Lancashire child and youth justice service, Blackburn with Darwen youth justice service and Blackpool youth justice service.
