Description:
Elevate Programme is a 6-month mentoring programme to support the progression of middle managers from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds into strategic management. Starting in September 2021, it provides managers with the opportunity to increase their skills and knowledge of Youth Justice and assists their career development.
The Elevate Programme has been developed by the Youth Justice Board and Youth Justice Sector Improvement Partnership following recommendations from the Youth Justice Workforce Development Council, which the Youth Justice Board hosts on a quarterly basis.
