Access to the Elevate Programme information and application for Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds middle managers, aimed at improving under-representation at strategic management level.
Description:
The Elevate Programme is a six-month mentoring programme to support the progression of middle managers from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds into strategic management.
The programme provides managers with the opportunity to increase their skills and knowledge of Youth Justice and assists their career development.
The Elevate Programme has been developed by Youth Justice Board and Youth Justice Sector Improvement Partnership following recommendations from the Youth Justice Workforce Development Council, which the Youth Justice Board hosts on a quarterly basis.
