Youth Custody Service have developed specific guidance concerning End of Custody Temporary Release (ECTR), as a response to COVID-19 which is available to youth offending teams and the Secure Estate. The purpose of the ECTR is to support the release of children in custody, in consultation with Youth Offending Teams.
