- Enable Youth Justice staff to more smoothly ease into new roles
Description:
It is often the case that moving into a new role can be a steep learning curve and supporting new staff as they adjust to new settings and expectations is fundamental. To that end, Norfolk YJS has produced a template that other Youth Justice Services can use to make sure that new starters are set up on all relevant systems and that the correct new starter processs has been followed.
Please note that some of the links in the template will not be accessible (or relevant), but they should be used as a guide and individual services should adapt and mould the template to their own needs.
