Knife Crime Toolkit, Brave Space – MOPAC (January 2021)

A knife crime toolkit delivered by MOPAC to support staff working with children at risk of carrying or using a knife.

Description:

The Brave Space: knife crime toolkit (2021) has been delivered by London Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) and designed by BraveSpace (a youth justice consultancy) in partnership with children and young people and staff from Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham and Lewisham Services.

This toolkit is designed for professionals to use with children and young people who are at risk of carrying or using a knife. The toolkit contains a suit of intervention sessions from which professionals can select those which apply to the needs and circumstances of individual children. All of the sessions can be adapted for use in one to one or group settings, as applicable.
