Lift Children project supporting young people leaving care as they transition to independence, to ensure that they have the same opportunities as other young people.

Description:

Catch 22 has been involved in the LIFT Children- Homes Project. This was a two-year project designed to explore barriers and identify solutions with an aim of improving outcomes for young people leaving residential care and supported accommodation.
