Slides created by the Youth Justice Board to promote understanding of the role of Youth Justice Management Boards and engagement of participants. 

Description:

The Youth Justice Board has shared some training slides that can be used with youth justice management boards to support their engagement and understanding of their role.
The slides have been developed to complement the Youth Justice Service Governance and Leadership Guidance (December 2021).

The final section of the slides includes an ‘action planning session’ where the group can be split into small groups and then feedback to the wider group. The aim of the action planning session is to support forming the bones of the improvement plan for the Board.
