Description:
This tool has been designed and used by Cardiff Youth Justice Service. The purpose of the tool is to enable the service to track any risk identified at management boards. The Excel template includes a separate tab for each risk identified, whether this be in relation to governance, staffing/resources, or finance for example. Each tab is equipped to capture as much information as possible to ensure an in-depth assessment is completed and measures are noted. This tool also helps to cross-reference where there may be any linked risks and has a matrix to assess the likelihood and impact of risks.
