Haringey youth justice service have shared their AssetPlus Referral Order quality assurance form. The form is used by managers in the quality assurance of Referral Order reports following the completion of AssetPlus. The form focuses on the areas contained within AssetPlus that are crucial to the completion of a quality Referral Order report. The form is completed by the manager and can be used to provide feedback and coaching to staff in order to improve individual AssetPlus and ongoing practice.
