Description

Neath Port and Talbot Youth Justice and Early Intervention Service have shared the newsletter which is used by the service to communicate with the Management Board. The purpose is to support communication and sharing of knowledge of operational activity with board members and other partners between boards in an easy-to-read format.

Implementing the practice

  • The newsletter is developed by the service admin team and signed off by the operational management team.
  • The newsletter is shared bimonthly between management boards.
