Barnet youth justice service have created and shared a flow chart to support professionals when considering and administering an Out of Court Disposal for children. On the second page is the process which can be made available to children and families for them to understand the process.
The flowchart was agreed with all relevant partners and shared amongst them to support consistency and effective partnership work.
