Description
The pro-forma is used by all the other partners that attend management board meetings. It aims to provide information prior to the governance board date and allow partners to feedback key developments in their organisations and facilitate discussion in key areas where it is relevant to the board and to supporting children in the youth justice system. The pro-forma allows the chair to facilitate a question and answer section only as opposed to facilitating verbal partner updates.
The pro-forma example is used by Police colleagues.
Implementing the practice
- Requests are made to partner organisations for information four weeks in advance of a management board.
- The reports are circulated along with the meeting agenda and other papers a week in advance of the board.
