Lancashire Child-First Pathfinder have shared their Lancashire Constabulary Police Officer guidance for out of court disposals for children, which aims to support Police colleagues with a clear flowchart process for when they make referrals into youth justice services and diversionary services.
The flowchart was co-created by Lancashire Constabulary, Lancashire Child and Youth Justice Service, Blackburn with Darwen Youth Justice Service and Blackpool Youth Justice Service.
