Summary:

A template for the Referral Order review panel used by Tameside youth justice service.

Attached below is the template Tameside YJS use for running their Referral Order review panels.

Implementing the practice:

The panel are provided with a brief summary of the overall activities and work undertaken by the child and any other relevant information, prior to the panel meeting.
During the panel the child-, parents/carers and panel members views are discussed and written in the review template.
The review panel template is then signed by all participants.
