Description
Neath Port and Talbot Youth Justice and Early Intervention Service have created a safeguarding report template which is used to report back to the Management Board around all identified safeguarding cases.
The purpose of this report is to escalate specific cases that have not been addressed satisfactorily at an operational level between partners and also present key safeguarding themes to be addressed at the board. The report is created by the service operational team and shared six monthly with the management board.
This allows the service to address key issues that have not been resolved at an operational level with partners and allows to identify themes and trends in safeguarding concerns at the strategic level.
