‘Think before you BEEF!’ is an opportunity for children to think about the causes of conflict, its potential impacts and the steps to consider when children find themselves in a conflict or potentially violent situation. There are refences to traumatic brain injury and the fight, flight or freeze response, as well as approaches to reduce conflicts.
