The publication shows how racial disparity affects children in their early years and within the youth justice system. This publication pulls together a wide range of verified and published data to shed light on any disparities in a child- formative years, health, education, interaction with the police and involvement in the youth justice system. The publication is not able to explain these disparities, but the diversity of data sources makes it unique.
