Attached is the interactive session for staff developed by the Lancashire Child and Youth Justice Service to increase awareness around child first principles.
Description
Lancashire Child and Youth Justice Service have developed a short interactive workshop session around ‘What is Child-First?’, which they also delivered to the Workforce Development Council and partners and staff.
The session aims to start conversations and thinking around what is a child and reflect on YJB child first tenets.
Implementing the practice:
- The session is around 15 to 20 minutes long and can be run online with your team/Service.
- The workshop also includes a mentimeter session around what the child first tenets are that can also be used, attached is the questions and answers.
- The session can be run digitally or delivered in person.
