Attached below is the briefing concerning working Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) children.  This briefing provides concise and easily accessible advice and guidance for front-line staff dealing with children who have an Autism Spectrum Condition. Suggestions on how to identify, communicate with and successfully engage children and young adults with ASC are offered recognising the effects of common triggers and that as a spectrum condition, all people with autism share certain difficulties, yet their condition will affect them in different ways.
