- 6-week intervention plan - A useful and practical guide; solution focussed, which is aligned with Child First.
- 12-week intervention plan - A milestone document for helping children to reflect on how much progress they’ve made and where the challenges have been
- Review of intervention plan - A document for helping the child reflect on their intervention journey
The intervention is completed with the child, parents, and carers where appropriate.
