The West Midlands Regional Girls Working Group, led by Coventry Youth Justice Service alongside the Birmingham Youth Justice Service Specialist Girls Unit have shared their Top Tips For Working With Girls.
The Top Tips document was created due to the research identifying that a girl focussed approach may lead to improved outcomes. It aims to aid practitioners in adapting their approach to working with girls to make it more relational, thus creating trust and improved working relationships.
