Warwickshire youth justice service have shared their victim process summary chart. The process showcases key elements and what to do at each stage around contacting victims and the appropriate responses based on the victim engagement.
Warwickshire youth justice service have also shared their introduction letter and a follow up letter for the victim as well as closing questionnaire. The questionnaire is also available on-line (though viewpoint).
The attached resources were part of the various documents that were provided to the Restorative Justice Council during the application for the Restorative Service Quality Mark.
