Working with volunteers

This area contains information about working with volunteers, such as policies, procedures and ways of working that support positive working relationships and integration.

Panel members make up the majority of volunteers in Youth Justice and their training can be found here.

Volunteers can also access a range of training including Exploring Youth Justice (which is an introduction to the youth justice system; ideal for new practitioners and volunteers. The course covers essential background, reforms and the architecture of our current youth justice system) on the YJ Institute’s learning hub.
