Toolkits, Templates and Guidance

An important part of sharing and promoting good practice is making sure that everyone knows about, and has access to, the most up to date tools and advice.

This section contains a collection of information, documentation and other web-based resources produced by the YJB that youth justice practitioners might use to help them in their work. This includes:

  • Toolkits for youth justice practitioners, principally Youth Offending Teams and Services; these are intended to provide quick and easy access to performance improvement resources.
  • Templates which the YJB publish to provide a common structure for information you might produce.
  • Guidance for example on research and evaluation.

The Youth Justice Resource Hub also has a section called Resources for Sharing, which includes other useful resources and information which you use and would like to share with colleagues across the youth justice community. We hope that you are able to use these to develop the way that you work.
