Where we process personal data pursuant to the provision of the YJ Resource Hub, we process the personal data on your behalf in the capacity of a data processor and abide by the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR 2021.

We will implement technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security for the personal data which is appropriate to the risks to individuals that may result from the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to the personal data.

We will only appoint sub-processors who will have access to the personal data, where the sub-processor has entered into a written contract with us which imposes obligations on the sub-processor which are required to be imposed by Articles 26, 27 and 28 of the GDPR.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and the Data Protection Schedule, the Data Protection Schedule shall prevail.
