In submitting materials to the YJB you thereby:
• Authorise us to make these materials available on the Youth Justice Resource Hub for the use of all the users of the Youth Justice Resource Hub.
• Agree to all your materials, name and email address being made available to members of the public, as the YJ Resource Hub is an open website.
• Confirm that if any of the materials (including media/photos) was originated from a third party, you have their consent to submit it.
• Undertake to indemnify the YJB in respect of any claims made by a third-party alleging use, possession, breach of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Confirm that you understand that the ethos of the Youth Justice Resource Hub is to promote sharing, duplication and modification of materials submitted, in order to support other Services to improve their practice.
• You retain all of the ownership rights of any Content you submit to the Youth Justice Resource Hub, but you are required to grant limited licence rights to the Youth Justice Board and other users of the site. These are described in the section Rights you licence in the Site policies.
• The YJB has the right to remove or edit any submission (including the information submitted within this form) or supporting materials from the Youth Justice Resource Hub, at any time.
• You have read and agree to the data protection schedule, terms of reference and privacy notice.
