Prevention and Diversion Assessment Tool Q&A Webinar

The YJB has launched a new assessment tool for youth justice services working with children subject to prevention, diversion and formal out-of-court disposals. The tool has been developed with a number of key partners, including youth justice practitioners, academics and HM Inspectorate of Probation.

In addition to the assessment tool, we’ve shared helpful resources to assist services with the implementation of the tool, including guidance notes and a Quality Assurance document. The use of this document is optional, but may be useful to staff as it includes prompts for the tool used within the template.
